JUNIORS SUMMER INDOOR PROGRAM
Are you looking for a way to keep up your training and skills during the summer? Do you need flexibility? Then check out our weekly training regimen. We have several options for all positions.
SETTERS / HITTERS / DS-LIBERO
All Programs are coached by highly experienced coaches of all different backgrounds (Club, HS, College). You can sign up for training weekly around your summer plans. Pricing set for all budgets. We look forward to working with you and your athletes this summer. Good luck the rest of the club season!
Our indoor program is designed for boys and girls from rising 6th to 12th grade (current 5th to 11th), who have anywhere from REC volleyball experience, trying to get to the next level, or as high as travel club volleyball experience. Your athlete will hone all their skills in a fun yet focused atmosphere. All of our drills are designed specifically for the skill level of the players. Players will be divided into groups based on skill level.

ELEMENTARY SCHOOL TRAINING
2023-2024 SMALL GROUP TRAINING FOR ELEMENTARY-AGED PLAYERS (4th-6th Grade)
MON & WED 6 PM - 7 PM
Franconia Rec Center Racquetball/Wallyball Courts
Training sessions will take place in the racquetball/wallyball courts. Players will learn all the fundamentals of volleyball in an enclosed, controlled, private setting - no chasing balls all over the gym, and no distractions from adjacent courts. NOTE: WE WILL NOT BE TEACHING THEM TO PLAY OFF THE WALLS! This will be the same indoor volleyball training, except in a controlled environment. Parents can observe from the observation window.

This program is for beginners and kids who have had one club season or a rec volleyball experience. There will be 12-14 players on each court. Players will be grouped by skill to help speed progress. Sessions are semi progressive at this age since most are beginners. Week 1 of each session is assessment, followed by skills training and scrimmage. The training is for one hour, from 6 pm to 7 pm, on Mondays and Wednesdays.

The Region encompasses the States of Delaware and Maryland, the District of Columbia, and the northern counties of the Commonwealth of Virginia. It is bordered on the north by the Keystone Region, on the northeast by the Garden Empire Region, on the west by the Ohio Valley Region, and on the south by the Old Dominion Region.
